DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes, your order will require a signature; however, if you are not available the carrier will leave a card with instructions as to how to make alternative arrangements.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Should you require to exchange an item within 14days of purchase, please Please note, You will be responsible for any shipping costs to us however, we will cover shipment costs of the exchange back to you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring all tags and labels are still attached and undisturbed. You can find out more about our returns policy here.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process returns as soon as they are received at the warehouse with on 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It will appear back on your statement within 3-5 working days but some card providers can take up to 10 working days to process the funds back on to your account.
